Where (online) can I buy the beautiful beaded and crystal appliques often found on store bought wedding gowns?

My sister is getting married in May and I am helping her design a gown which is being made by a seamstress. We are looking for a crystal or beaded applique which is high quality and can be added to the waistline.

I would check etsy.com, they have lots of people who sew and do wedding designs. Some sell the supplies on their listings. You just have to kind of search around and see if they have what you want. Or they might tell you where you can find it.
