I was wondering if anyone has had success with Cynthias Bridal Bootcamp? I need to lose 10lbs by Aug. here is my diet and workout.
Breakfast:1/2c oatmeal with cinnamon and blueberries,4egg whites with veggies, cooked in PAM
Snack:protein shake with water and strawberries
Lunch: either steamed kale with 1/2 sweet potato and grilled chicken or 1 slice Ezikiel 4:9 bread with roasted red peper, tuna, and steamed brocoli with lemon
snack: either an apple with 10 almonds, 1/2c fatfree cottage cheese with 10almonds, or celery with 1tbs natural pbutter
dinner: steamed green veggies with grilled chicken
workout: MTRF I go to a spin class a 6am then lift weights at 9am. My work is in a office but i try to walk or something during the day before work. W and S I run in the mornings and do abs/calves. and T/R nights i do yoga.
I need to lose weight in my waist, hips,thighs, and tighten my butt up. how long should i stick to this diet b4 i can add other stuff in or should i stay like it is?
