Any idea whether we should be wearing our crystal bracelets on the left or right hand to get the full benefits? I have a citrine one and a Rutilated quatrz one. Some say I should be wearing them on my left hand as they bring positive energy, but some say I should be wearing them on my right hand to absorb my negative energy.

I am no expert, but what brookston…said makes perfect sense to me. I have never had a crystal bracelet, but I keep one on my bedpost when I sleep, and I carry it in my jeans pocket when I go out wearing my jeans. I have a rather large on sitting on my nightstand, too. And I have a few others that I hang on my bedpost on a chain. I need to charge them more, but I just don’t think of it, usually.
