do you have to dress up to go to Nordstorm or Saks Fifth Avenue?

I am 23 y/o guy, usually pretty casual but when i go to those department store. I always wear like a tee with hoodie and a nice pair of jeans. But I often feel self-conscious as i walk around women everywhere are all dressed up and all those 30ish guys in their pants and shirts.. even the sales associates look very good. Is it ok to dress like that? or should i dress like a open-button black shirt and pants too?
