How should I do my makeup: Im wearing a navy blue dress with metallic embroidery on the waist?

I have light skin, hazel eyes, and dark brown hair.
My dress is a short to the knee with a satin ribbon on the waist, and has metallic embroidery on the front part of the waist.
Im going to a graduation party today at night so Im thinking if an edgy smokey eye look but nothing too dramatic..
Im open to suggestions
and any website links would be appreciated too

Liquid eyeliner on top and then just a lot of mascara always looks nice.

Or, if you wanted the edgy smokey eye look, first put on primer, then a base eye shadow (gray, brown, etc. It depends on the “edge” you want.) Then, line the upper lid with liquid eyeliner, then go on the bottom water line with black eyeliner. Smudge if you want to give that “edgey” look.

Both you can use bronzer to bring out your hazel eyes, and blush is a BIG priority.

Then, depending if you wanted the focus on the eyes or the lips. Choose one or else it may look a bit too made up, but that’s just me. Dramatic eyes = nude or pale pink glossy lip. Made up eyes = can be a bit bolder like a darker pink, red, etc.
