How do I clean my sequined evening purse?

I only need to clean the handle that have spots. And the handle is a light beige color that make it very obvious. The handle is satin material. How do I remove the spots and brighten the color of the handle.

Dry cleaning. I wouldnt dare to clean it by myself.
